Ein Hundefitnesstraining steht und fällt mit dem Training in den eigenen vier Wänden. Regelmäßige Besuche bei deinem Hundefitnesstrainer, auch wenn diese wöchentlich stattfinden, sind immer nur ein Trainingsimpuls. Das Training zuhause bringt die gewünschten Ergebnisse.
Ein Besuch beim Trainer ist natürlich wichtig, damit die Übungen richtig und sinnvoll erarbeitet und erlernt werden können. Dabei werden verschiedenste Fitnessgeräte für deinen Hund verwendet. Egal ob stabile Plattformen, Balancekissen, Wackelbretter oder Einzelpfoten-Targets, der Fantasie sind keine Grenzen gesetzt.
Hier stellt sich verständlicherweise die Frage, was der Hundehalter zuhause alles benötigt? Wir können hier beruhigen – es ist absolut nicht notwendig sich das gleiche Equipment, welches der Hundefitnesstrainer hat, anzuschaffen. Vieles kann einfach und trotzdem sehr effektiv durch Alltagsgegenstände substituiert werden.
Für eine stabile Plattform können zum Beispiel Bücher oder Kochtöpfe verwendet werden. Als Balancekissen können diverse Pölster fungieren.
Bei einem Koordinationstraining, wobei der Trainer zum Beispiel Cavaletti verwendet, können Besenstiele oder Handtuchrollen den gleichen Effekt erzielen.
Ein Training nicht zu machen, weil man keine passenden Geräte hat, ist also nur ein Umstand. Mit etwas Kreativität lassen sich aus vielen Haushaltsgegenständen großartige Fitnessgeräte zaubern. Dein Hund in Balance Partner zeigt dir hier gerne was alles möglich ist.
